For musicians in the Akron area, booking shows has just become a lot easier thanks to the Akron Music Hub. Check out the listing of local venues and contact info for booking shows. Need more bands to add to your show? Check out the directory of artists to find like-minded musicians and how to get in contact with them. Looking for that ever elusive bassist or keyboard player, or looking for a band to join? Check out the message boards for musician wanted ads. Also buy, sell, and trade gear, and talk shop with other musicians.
Venues also benefit from the Akron Music Hub listings. The artist directory will help with assembling lineups for shows, and the added exposure to all of our website's visitors will help club patrons know about your upcoming events. Adding shows to the event calendar is as simple as filling out a simple form on the website.
Despite the name "Akron Music Hub," our goal is to service all local music, including the Kent, Canton, and other surrounding areas. A music scene is nothing without a close-knit community, and it is our goal to bring together everyone for a greater enjoyment of live music.
